Support and Compassion From Someone Who Has Been There...

Welcome to the blog section of my site – a place where you can find empowerment, inspiration, and resources to enhance your teaching journey. In a profession where support can sometimes feel scarce, we are here to offer you a safe space to connect, learn, and grow together.

As educators, we play a vital role in shaping the minds and hearts of our future generations. However, it's no secret that the teaching profession comes with its own set of challenges. From navigating curriculum changes (literally almost every year), to managing classroom dynamics, it's easy to feel overwhelmed and isolated at times. Being in education for 26 years, I understand the importance of having a strong support network, which is why I have created a place designed to uplift and empower teachers of all ages and subject areas.

Whether you're a new teacher seeking guidance, a seasoned educator looking for fresh ideas, or someone who just wants to brainstorm solutions (and vent a little), you'll find a wealth of resources and tools to support you on your teaching journey. My goal is for this blog is filled with insightful articles, tips, and strategies to help you navigate the ever-changing landscape of education with grace and A LOT of self care.

In addition to the blog, I will be offering teacher coaching sessions to help you set and achieve your professional goals. Whether you're looking to enhance your teaching practice, advance in your career, or find a better work-life balance, I hope that my experience coaching teachers will help to support and guide you.

And... because I am retiring this year (a year early but necessary), one of my many side hustles is Etsy. I focus mostly on new teachers joining the field but I also have some digital products for every teacher to make life a little less stressful.

At my core, I believe that teachers are the unsung heroes of our society, and it is my mission to provide you with the support and resources you need to thrive in your profession, or to at least give you someone to talk to who understands.
